DESCRIPTION OF
THE WARMING HUT MODELS
(WH2000/WH2001)

UNIT CONSTRUCTION

The Warming Hut is made of 16-gauge paint lock steel, painted with scratch resistant gloss enamel paint. The outside dimensions are 23" Tall X 14" Wide X 18" Deep. The packaged weight of the unit is 50 pounds. The rear of the unit has four drilled holes for wall mounting. Mounting hardware is not included with the unit. External air tubes are double-wall constructed, to allow the warm air to escape toward the rear, in case of blockage, so as not to back up into the blower, causing burnout. External tubes are coated with fiberglass, to keep tubes cool to the touch.

INTERNAL PARTS

The following Warming Hut internal components are modular. These components are replaceable and easily accessible.

Timer - The timer is factory preset for 2 1/2 minutes of operation. To replace the timer , simply unplug and plug in new timer. The timer is state-of-the-art micro circuitry, for long lasting dependability.

Counter - The counter is linked with the timer. As the timer is activated, so is the counter. The counter counts each use of the unit. The wiring of the counter to the timer is sealed to protect tampering .

Coin Mechanism - The coin mechanism is constructed of high impact plastic, which is easily removed for maintenance and replacement. The coin mechanism only allows quarters (both US and Canadian) to pass through. All other coins are passed through another exit slot in the mechanism and drops into the coin box. When the quarter passes through the coin mechanism, it then trips a micro switch wire and activates the timer and counter.

Heat Blower - If replacement is necessary, the blower unplugs from the power line and a setscrew is removed. The Heat Blower only draws 5 amps, at 600 watts. This is an industrial blower, which is constructed for long lasting use.

Lock Mechanism - The locking mechanism is located on the top of the Warming Hut. The special key to operate the lock is a special coded key and can only be obtained through Lovell Warming Hut Enterprises. This mechanism has a 3 inch barrel, which fits through a locking hole, on the interior of the door/face panel of the Warming Hut.

COST OF OPERATION

Although the cost of power varies from area to area, we have taken the highest cost of power we could find across the country to use as a guideline. We have found that the Warming Hut costs less than 1/2 of a cent per use.
